Overview Using the Course Wiki
Some courses include a wiki, which serves as a public platform for both students and the course team to access, share, and collaboratively edit course-related information. If your course includes a wiki, you can access it by selecting the Wiki tab at the top of any page. If your course does not include a wiki, this tab will not be visible. The course team may use the wiki for various purposes, such as:
- Sharing answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) and collecting new FAQs.
- Providing editable course resources, such as download and installation instructions for necessary software.
- Allowing students to create and share resources, potentially as part of a collaborative exercise.
- Sharing errors and corrections related to the course.
- Collecting suggestions for future versions of the course.
As a student, depending on the permissions set by the course team, you can:
- Add a wiki article.
- Edit a wiki article (if editing is allowed, an Edit option will appear next to the article).
- Search for wiki articles.
- Manage versions of wiki articles.
